Pashupatinath Temple London is the first Pashupatinath (Shiva) temple established in Europe by people of Nepali origin.
The main objective of the Pashupatinath Temple is to promote both the culture and the philosophy of the Hindu faith and other omkara (ओंकार oṃkāra) religions to its members and the community at large.
In order to achieve its objectives it is constantly involved in organising events based around religious festivals, raising funds and donations from its members and the general, and working with other communities to heighten the understanding of Hindu Culture and Faith among those communities.
Pashupatinath Temple London was first initiated by group of Nepalese people in Greenwich during their regular community activities. In 2011, the current temple building was purchased and since then the temple is organising regular event on all auspicious occasion that falls in to Nepali calendar.
