About this Event
We started C.RE.M Kitchen in Essex in our home in may 2019, born out of my passion for challenging the status quo with regards to Indian food. It is an outlet for my food creativity. The idea is to present Indian food in a way that is beautiful and not just a big greasy bowl of curry. I still love the complexity and flavour balance of curries. But there is more to Indian food with hundreds of dishes that are sophisticated and are as good as butter chicken. With this idea in mind I am offering an eight-course tasting menu, featuring all my signature dishes to ensure you enjoy the full experience.

We offer a pick-up and drop off from Romford Station if commuting by TFL.

Gruyere (white chocolate, macadamia nuts)
Khatte Aloo (potatoes, curry leaf oil, whey)
Apple (apple granita, cumin)
Salmon (buttermilk sauce, onions)

I put a lot of focus on flavour. I like to work with best suppliers in the country so I can make sure the end result is the best it can be.
Through professional training at Cordon Bleu Paris, travelling across Asia, Europe and Americas and work experience in professional kitchens across 2 continents, I have polished my skills and created something that pleases a modern palette.Putting a lot of focus on flavor i work with the best suppliers in the country to get the best possible end result.
What ignites my passion as a chef is eating something new for the very first time. The joy that someone feels when they take a spoonful of something they've never tasted before. That's the feeling I love to have and that's the feeling I want my guests to have. believe food is the medium, it is a connection between people who want the same thing- good experience. And food is just my way of talking.
